Hello all, As you probably already know by now, I really enjoy leadership posts, and when they are in infographic form, I enjoy them even more. 🤩 I’m not sure if you agree with me, but I think it’s an excellent way to better visualize and understand some important leadership advice. And whenever I see colleagues sharing good content, I always like to pass it on to all of you. As the saying goes: sharing is caring. This is exactly the case with a post by Dan Martell. 👏 In this post, he explores the fact that people don’t usually leave companies — they leave bad leaders — and highlights what separates leaders worth following from those who end up driving people away. He also points out that leadership issues are more often about character than competence, and I couldn’t agree more. Managing a project is, in many ways, about leading people. And it’s always important to pause and reflect on whether we embody these traits in our own work. Ricardo #Leadership #ProjectManagement #Management
