Hi everyone, This is probably one of my last posts of 2025, so it feels right to end it with an honest reflection. In the second short video of my AI interview, the conversation goes back to the beginning of my career. When I started in project management, I was fascinated by the logic of it all: putting things together, building schedules, calculating the critical path, analyzing and quantifying risks. There was something beautiful in the mathematics of projects. But with time, experience teaches you something essential. If a project is delivered on time and on budget, but delivers no real value, then it doesn’t truly make sense. This realization changed how I look at projects, success, and leadership. The full interview is on my YouTube channel: https://lnkd.in/g4q9XykU As 2025 comes to an end, I’m grateful for the lessons, the projects, the teams, and the continuous learning. Thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️ See you next year. And I wish you much success in your projects, your teams, and everything you set out to build. 🚀 Ricardo #yearend #projectmanagement #leadership #career #artificialintelligence
