Hi All Artificial Emotional Intelligence has been on my mind for the past months. Recently, Daniel Sant'Anna Pereira shared with me a disturbing article about the use of this kind of technology to monitor employees using emotional AI. The study shows some workers see benefits like increased well-being support and workplace safety. However, they also have major concerns. 😟 51% worry about privacy. 36% fear incorrect inferences by employers. 33% are concerned about unfair employment decisions.
