Good morning, In project management, perfection can quietly become a project risk. π― We can spend too much time refining plans, polishing deliverables, and waiting for everything to be βreadyβ. When sometimes the best way forward is simply to take the next step, gather feedback, and learn from it. I saw this great post by @Liam Darmody, and it made me reflect on how easily teams can confuse progress with perfection. Project management isnβt about eliminating uncertainty. Itβs about creating an environment where teams can learn, adapt, and keep moving despite it. Sometimes the biggest improvement isnβt doing more or making something perfect. Itβs having the confidence to deliver, learn from the outcome, and improve along the way. How do you balance delivering quickly with making sure the quality is right?
