LINK IN THE BIO Hello Everybody, The #5minPodcast episode is live! This time, I talk about something nobody talks too much about—the pain of the end. During the beginning of any initiative, the excitement around starting something new is fuel for motivation and work. The apex of this excitement is when you see you were able to deliver. It is a feeling of accomplishment that is indescribable. However, there is a less joyful moment happening at the same time: the feelings surrounding the end of the work, job security, lost relationships and friendships and fears about the future. I recorded this podcast in 2 episodes. This week I talk about the project closure. Next week I will talk about a different but highly related closure: your exit strategy.
