September always feels a little different to me. It is the month when I return to the Nevada desert for Burning Man. And this year, I decided to make the September edition of my newsletter, Beyond the Hype, about that experience. That means Issue #35 is a much more personal one. Four years ago, I went to Burning Man for the first time because I was curious. This year, I realized I keep going back for a very different reason: to be challenged. I go there to be uncomfortable on purpose. To meet people outside my bubble. To solve problems with fewer resources. To question assumptions. To learn to ask for help. And the more I think about it, the more I see how connected this is to project management. Projects rarely go exactly according to plan. The ability to adapt, rethink a problem, collaborate with people who see things differently, and remain curious when your original plan stops working is becoming increasingly important. 👉 You can read the full experiencie and feedback, here: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/you-cannot-think-outside-box-from-inside-your-bubble-ricardo-hx7xe Have a nice thrusday!!
