I’m really happy to share that our new article is out today in LSE Business Review, co-authored with Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez and João Henrique Jacinto, PMP®️ Here’s a question I find fascinating: if AI makes us more productive, why is it so difficult for organisations to see and capture those gains? 🤖 In our article, we explore what we call the AI disclosure paradox: the more companies push employees to report individual productivity gains, the less incentive people may have to share them. The real challenge isn’t just the technology. It’s about people, trust and incentives. If we want AI to deliver its full potential, we need to make it safe for employees to share productivity gains... and ensure that the time saved is reinvested in meaningful, higher-value work.
