Hello everyone, I was reflecting on this today. Sundays give us a little more space to slow down, step away from the usual rush, and think about things we don’t always have time to think about during the week. And I kept coming back to one idea: in a world where AI is helping us move faster than ever, speed is only part of the equation. A clear strategy tells us where we want to go. AI can help us get there faster, make better use of our resources, and explore possibilities that weren’t possible before. But neither strategy nor technology can make the journey meaningful on their own. That still comes down to leadership. Leadership is about making the difficult choices, keeping people aligned, knowing when to accelerate and when to pause, and having the courage to change course when necessary. Because moving faster doesn’t necessarily mean moving forward. The real advantage will belong to those who can combine the clarity of strategy, the power of AI, and the human judgement of leadership.
