It’s something deeper. It’s about strategic capacity. When AI Agents start taking over low-level processes — documentation, reporting, risk mapping, procurement flows — it’s not just about saving a few hours here and there. It fundamentally changes where we create value. Suddenly, we’re spending less time chasing tasks… and a lot more time shaping direction, making better decisions, guiding teams through uncertainty, and actually leading change. That’s a big shift.
