At first glance, it may look like a small structural change. But conceptually, it transforms how we see project communication. You don’t communicate in a vacuum — you communicate because stakeholders exist, and each one has different expectations, levels of influence, and information needs. 🎯 This means effective communication is no longer about broadcasting information. It’s about tailoring messages to the right people, in the right way, at the right time.
