Good morning everyone!! I came across a brilliant post by Paul Evans that reminded me that: Failure is not an exception in leadership. It’s part of the job. After years working with projects, teams, and organizations, I’ve learned that mistakes are rarely about lack of effort. Most of the time, they come from moving too fast, ignoring signals, or believing experience alone will protect us. What really matters is not avoiding failure. That’s unrealistic.
