Good morning! Today I was thinking about Pixar’s story and decided to structure this post. Before Toy Story, Pixar wasn’t “Pixar” as we know it today. It was a company struggling to survive. And getting a lot of things wrong before getting one thing incredibly right. What stands out isn’t just the breakthrough. It’s everything that came before it. And yet, they kept going. They learned, adjusted, refined. Over and over. That’s what project management really looks like in the real world. Not clean timelines. Not perfect execution. But messy progress. The best teams I’ve seen don’t aim to be perfect. They aim to be fast learners. They test early. They adapt quickly. They stay open.
