This reflection applies to many aspects of life. 🎯 But when talking about project management, it is something I explored in one of my newsletters. The truth is that we are living in an environment where everything feels accelerated. Investors demand faster returns, markets shift rapidly, crises emerge without warning, and AI continues to compress the time between idea and execution. In this context, project work starts to resemble Formula 1 more than a marathon: high speed, high stakes, and very little margin for error. The paradox is clear: sometimes speed creates momentum and value, but other times it simply accelerates failure. We’ve seen this in real cases. Organizations that scaled too quickly without solid foundations, or initiatives that collapsed under their own ambition.
