Hey everyone, Today I want to talk about a topic that fascinates me: risk management. In a study from MIT Sloan Management Review, more than half of the panelists believe organizations are not sufficiently expanding their risk management capabilities to address AI-related risks. This is a big issue, because, as AI becomes more integrated into business processes, the risks associated with it are evolving rapidly, and many companies aren’t fully prepared to manage them. AI-related risks are unique, involving things like data privacy, bias in algorithms, and the potential for AI systems to make decisions that are unpredictable and potentially dangerous.
