Hi everyone, Closing the year with reflection and experimentation. After 30 years working in project management, I decided to end this year doing something I had never done before: I was interviewed by AI. 🤖 I fed my career, experiences, failures, and lessons learned into an AI system and let it generate the questions and follow-ups. No human interviewer. No script. In this part of the conversation, the AI asked me a simple but powerful question: Of all the projects I’ve led or supported, which ones am I most proud of — and why? This conversation reflects on how AI can help us pause, ask better questions, and look at our own journeys from a different angle — not replacing people, but challenging how we think.
