Hello everyone, I recently came across a fantastic visual by Peter Schroeder that maps out Paul Graham’s essay “How to Do Great Work.” Even if you haven’t read the essay, the map clearly shows what makes work truly stand out: from choosing the right problems, to cultivating originality, to staying persistent when the work gets hard. As a project manager, I see the value in these lessons every day. Great work isn’t just about effort or execution. It’s about direction, curiosity, and focus. And knowing which problems are worth solving. This visual reminded me to always ask: Am I working on something that truly matters? I also have a Youtube series about this from 2020, you can watch it here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhMSWHTQPTyTlbt3gfRpBEf8r-NuwYRMX&si=fKFBZ9m19K2tCH6d Ricardo #Leadership #ProjectManagement #Productivity #Focus #Innovation
