Hey everyone, I just read an interesting article from Quartz about what they’re calling “Generation A.I.” 🤖 The big question: Could 2025 be the year AI finally grows up? Tech leaders are envisioning armies of AI agents—autonomous digital workers that go beyond chatting to actually getting things done. Salesforce’s Marc Benioff is calling this the start of an “Agentic Era,” where these AI agents unlock massive capacity and fundamentally redefine work. But not everyone’s buying the hype. Wall Street analysts are skeptical after years of bold promises and mixed results in the AI space. Here’s my take: I think there’s potential here, but we need to tread carefully. If these AI agents really can handle repetitive or logistical tasks, it could free us up to focus on bigger-picture thinking and creativity. 💡 That sounds amazing. But at the same time, we’ve seen how long it can take for tech breakthroughs to deliver meaningful, widespread impact. There’s also the human element—how do we ensure these tools complement us, rather than overshadow us? 🤔 This could be a tipping point for AI, but whether we’re ready to fully embrace it is another story. You can check out the article here: https://qz.com/ai-agents-chatbots-artificial-intelligence-work-1851714587?utm_source=quartz_newsletter_breaking&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2024-12-09_breaking What do you think? Are we on the brink of a true AI revolution, or is this another wave of overpromise? 👀 Cheers, Ricardo #GenerationAI #FutureOfWork #AgenticEra #AIRevolution #Leadership
