Hello everyone, While traveling back home today, I saw on Netflix an ad about the Fyre Festival documentary… such a mess and a real example of how to do everything wrong in terms of project management! Some quick reflections: - Projects are never a simple task. - On paper, things seem much easier than they are in reality. - As Warren Buffer said: there is no good deal with someone that is not good. There is no way you can collaborate with someone that does not have good intentions. - Chaos and entropy are part of everything you do. If you do not manage well, everything will go wrong.
