Hello everyone, I saw this post from @natan_mohart and it really made me pause. π In his opinion β and in mine as well β most goals donβt fail because people lack motivation. They fail because motivation fades and structure doesnβt exist. January runs on excitement. February runs on reality. And Mondays are often the first real test. What keeps goals alive is not intention, but systems. Over the years, Iβve seen (and experienced) goals that looked perfect on paper β clear, ambitious, and logical β slowly disappear once daily work, meetings, and fatigue took over. Sustainable goals need more than enthusiasm. They need clarity, ownership, challenge, and a way to deal with obstacles before they appear. Goals donβt usually collapse in one moment. They fade quietly between priorities, deadlines, and exhaustion. A good moment to stop and reflect: What does your current goal still need to make it past February?
