Hi All This week's episode of my #5minpodcast is now live. This time I talk about Bayesian thinking, a way of thinking that uses what we know from the past to guess what might happen in the future. Do not be scared. I didn't use any math in the episode, just simple ideas. 😃 One of my key takeaways is the profound significance of "triggers"—these are events or facts that can infuse additional insights, fine-tuning our understanding of probabilities. They serve as a subtle yet powerful tool in our decision-making. I wrapped up by sharing one of the best examples I have is when I used Bayesian thinking to make sense of Generative AI, like ChatGPT, when it was released in late 2022. This way of thinking helped me a lot, not just in understanding AI but also in making sense of AI's impact on my work plan and what should be eliminated, changed, or added. Out of curiosity, 30 to 40% of my time today is spent on things I have not thought about in 2022. 🤔 Listen to the podcast to learn more. Have a wonderful week ahead.
