Good morning everyone!! ☀️ One thing I find fascinating about AI is how much work happens before a model even starts learning. We often talk about the latest models, impressive results, and new possibilities. But behind every useful AI solution, there’s data to collect, clean, organise, test, and improve. And the work doesn’t stop when the model goes live. It requires monitoring, feedback, and continuous improvement. I came across a post on the Science LinkedIn page, and my biggest takeaway was this:AI success isnt just about having a smarter model. Its about getting the foundations right. But why should this matter to the average person? 🤔 Because AI is already influencing what we see online, the recommendations we receive, the services we use, and even some of the decisions that affect our lives. Understanding that AI depends on data, human decisions, and continuous improvement helps us become more informed users. It reminds us that AI isn’t always right, that bias can influence its outputs, and that questioning the results is just as important as benefiting from them. We don’t all need to know how to build AI, but I believe we should all understand enough to use it wisely. The future isnt just about creating smarter AI. Its also about becoming smarter users of AI. 💡 What do you think? Should AI literacy be a basic skill for everyone? 👇 Ricardo #AI #DataScience #ArtificialIntelligence #DigitalLiteracy #Innovation
