I simulate being parachuted into “Project Phoenix” with more than 100 chaotic files and no clear source of truth. Instead of spending days manually sorting everything, I use Anthropic’s Claude Co-Work to scan the entire folder, detect contradictions, identify the most reliable versions, generate an executive summary, and even reorganize the files automatically. Watching the tool uncover budget inconsistencies, scope conflicts, and duplicated documents in minutes was honestly mind-blowing.
