This week’s episode of my #5minpodcast is live, and I talk about the usual talk of change in organizations and among individuals. Many talk about the need for change but often find it hard to actually start it. I highlight the importance of understanding why change is needed and how it helps both people and organizations. Without a solid reason to change, people tend to resist it because they fear the unknown. This fear can be reduced by providing certainty and reassurance. Just talking about change without a clear purpose and not addressing fear won’t lead to real change.
