Hello All, I came across an excellent post by João Jacinto today, and it reinforced something I’ve been noticing for a while. The AI conversation is still too focused on tools. Every week there’s a new model, a new app, a new “game changer.” Most professionals don’t have a tool problem... They have a workflow problem. The real question isn’t “Which AI should I try next?” It’s “Where in my work am I losing time, quality, or momentum?” Once you answer that, choosing the right AI becomes much easier. For me, AI has evolved from being a productivity tool to becoming a thinking partner. I use different tools for different purposes: some help me explore ideas, some challenge my assumptions, some accelerate execution, and others automate repetitive tasks. The people getting the most value from AI today aren’t necessarily the ones using the most tools. They’re the ones who understand how to combine them with their expertise, judgment, and workflows. Technology is becoming a commodity. Knowing how and when to use it is becoming the real advantage. What role does AI play in your work today?
