Hello everybudy, In this week's episode, I talk about the importance of maintaining the original purpose of a project. Although changes are common and encouraged in aspects such as time and cost, fundamentally changing the reason for the project's existence can distort it. It would be like if we started building a school and, halfway through, decided that it should actually be a hospital. In situations where the purpose of the project changes, the best thing to do is to close the current project and start a new one to preserve the integrity of the original purpose, and not distort the essence of the project, even if the name is maintained.
