Hi All This week's podcast was published yesterday. Sorry for my delay, but I have been trying to manage my workload for the past two days. I only had time to record it late yesterday. This time I decided to cover the #PMIsummit2022. The event was promoted by Project Management Institute and happened in Las Vegas last week. In the episode, I try to make sense of the reasons to attend and the incredible networking opportunities for other attendees and me. For me, one of the highlights was the keynote of Amy Webb discussing emerging trends! The critical takeaway when envisioning the future was the reinforcement that #fomo (fear of missing out) is not a #trend. And I said that a few weeks ago in this podcast. If everybody is going towards a "flashy" thing, it does not mean it is necessarily a trend. She also made bold statements on the #metaverse concept. Finally, she reinforced the concept of risk management by saying: "Ask more and what if, to avoid asking now what."
