Dear Colleagues Imagine a project being managed autonomously with no project manager, no scrum master, no product owner, no procurement area, etc. And this is the topic of this week's episode of my #5minpodcast — the "Decentralized Autonomous Organizations" or DAO. Decisions on DAO platforms are made collectively, like in a real-world cooperative, with input from all members and no central control. With DAO, we may not need a person or professional structure to oversee our projects. Everything would run smoothly thanks to the decisions made by the project team with the support of relevant technology in the backgroun Likewise, governments could function using DAO without needing a congress, president, or even physical space. It is the disruption of the #governance process. The use of blockchain makes available all records of all votes and decisions taken on a given topic. Although DAO helps us make decisions more quickly and efficiently, it cannot replace (or still can not replace) human oversight of factors like employee motivation, stress levels, and team dynamics.
