Hey everyone, I came across some great communication tips from @McKinsey and wanted to share these 6 key points with you: Communicate your message broadly and consistently Make sure your message is shared clearly across the organization and stays consistent, so everyone understands and aligns with your vision. Tell a good story People connect with stories, not just data. Use storytelling to make your message more engaging, memorable, and relatable. Don’t assume everyone knows what you know Avoid jumping straight to the details. Provide necessary context so that everyone can follow and understand the information you're sharing. Get out of your own way Sometimes, your own fears or assumptions can hold back the message. Be confident and let your ideas speak for themselves. Make it sound like you Authenticity matters. Speak in your own voice—don’t try to be too polished or formal, as genuine communication builds trust. Be okay with a little spontaneity Not everything needs to be planned to perfection. Embrace a little flexibility and allow room for natural, spontaneous communication. These strategies are essential for effective leadership and decision-making. What do you think about these? Let me know! Have a nice day! 😊 Ricardo #Adaptability #Collaboration #Innovation #Resilience #ProjectManagement #ThoughtLeadership #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #AITrends #AIProjectManagement #PMBOK #PMP #PMPCertification #FutureOfWork #ProjectManagementTools #PMPExam #PortfolioManagement #ConstructionEngineering #CivilEngineering #Technology #HighTech #CareerDevelopment #BusinessStrategy #ConstructionTech #DigitalTransformation #FutureSkills #AITools #AIFuture #Leadership
