Imagine that you need to determine what is the “best” house for you to buy. However, price is one criterion, and there are several other criteria you also want to consider, like size, location, and age. And the best way to do this is by using a multicriteria decision approach like AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Follow me for 45 minutes in this video, going step by step from the challenges you want to analyze until the entire decision. The video comes with some calculations.
