The fact that the project uses an agile method does not necessarily mean that it will be agile. On the other hand, it is possible that a project that uses the predictive model can have agility. Regardless of the method used, it is first necessary to develop together with the team a sense of adaptability, quick reaction, decision-making and critical thinking. Without that, it's impossible to deliver value and be effectively agile. Of course, agile methods are designed to create an environment that favours agility.
