Hello Everyone I am starting the week with fantastic news. I was just certified by the International Project Management Association as a Certified Portfolio Director or IPMA-A. It took me six months of preparation, and a long-awaited dream became true when I passed my final certification interview last week. It was more than 2.5 hours of interviewing and case studies. I am also thrilled because my colleague, Juliana Pan, was certified on the same day as me. She is the first woman to get IPMA-A in the Americas. Life is all about leading by example. Juliana is an example for my daughters and all other young female professionals pursuing a career in project management. I want to take this opportunity to thank Raphael Albergarias and all the Ipma Brasil team, especially the assessors Wilson Guilherme and Jorge Kolotelo. One less Post-it in my 2021 personal plan!!!
