Your project doesn’t become overwhelming because you’re not working hard enough. It becomes overwhelming when there’s too much competing for attention. ⚠️ Too many tasks. Too many decisions. Too many priorities. Too much information at once. That’s when projects slow down, mistakes increase, and teams lose focus. The solution isn’t adding more hours. It’s reducing the cognitive load. I came across this great post by Andre Heeg, MD that explains this really well. 👏 Good project management isn’t just about managing time and resources. It’s also about managing attention. When you reduce the mental load, teams can focus better, make better decisions, and keep projects moving. Do you agree?
