Hi all, Recently, I have been thinking a lot about the future of work and the relationship between employees and employers. Everybody that is not naive can see that things are changing. I am not saying that it is for the better. I only know is that the circumstances are changing. We could see millions filling for unemployment everywhere because of coronavirus. There is a clear perception of chaos around employer/employee relationships. This is the core of the episode I am releasing today. Maybe with remote work and digital trends, we may face a future where employment, as we know it, will not exist anymore. Even further, perhaps the concept of immigration will be challenged. Why do I need a work visa for a country if I can work remotely from another? I am not a lawyer, but I see massive implications on labor laws, the role of the government, among other aspects. Maybe your next project will be done by a team that will never meet face to face. Will it be scary? Exciting? I do not know. Não sou advogado, mas vejo implicações enormes nas leis trabalhistas, no papel do governo, entre outros aspectos.
