Hello everyone! This is a reflection I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. AI is taking over many of the tasks through which junior professionals used to learn. So the question becomes: if the work disappears, where does the experience come from? The challenge may not be how AI changes the work, but how we redesign the path to becoming experienced. I explore this question in more depth in the latest edition of my newsletter: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/who-senior-project-manager-2035-ricardo-viana-vargas-ph-d—dxpze/ Happy Sunday! ☀️ Ricardo #ProjectManagement #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #Leadership #TalentDevelopment ProjectLeaders AI
