After 30 years of working in project management, I decided to end this year doing something I had never done before: I was interviewed by AI. I fed my career, experiences, failures, and lessons learned into an AI system and let it generate the questions and follow-ups. No human interviewer. No script. Just a different way to reflect on three decades of practice. The conversation goes beyond tools and methods. It talks about pressure, judgment, leadership, learning from mistakes, and how decision-making evolves over time. It also explores how AI is changing the way we think about projects — not by replacing people, but by challenging how we work.
