Hi All A new episode of the #5minpodcast is now available! This time, I decided to discuss decision-making. We love to be empowered with the ability to make decisions. However, this task is not an easy one. Absolutely not. Depending on the circumstances, our decision could have enormous positive consequences as well as disastrous side effects. In this episode, I'll discuss three reasons I believe are closely related to the decisions we make. The first is the idea that good outcomes imply good decisions. This is not always the case. Sometimes we make poor decisions, but the outcomes are excellent due to luck or other factors beyond our control. The cause-and-effect relationship should not be accepted universally. The second and third are related to our human conditions, emotions, and, in many cases, our lack of rationality and bias-free reasoning. It is critical that we understand the roles of impulse and rationality, as well as the various biases we encounter when looking for information to make decisions. And remember, if you work on projects, your ability to decide in complex and volatile environments can be the difference between success and failure. I hope you find it useful. Have a fantastic and happy week ahead.
