Good morning everyone!! ☀️ If you have been following me for a while, you just know that I absolutely love graphic visuals, infographics, and matrices that take complex ideas and make them easier to understand. 📊 That’s exactly what caught my attention in a post from MIT Sloan School of Management about the AI Decision Matrix. It got me thinking about an important question: Should we trust AI to make decisions for us, or should humans always have the final say? 🤔 The framework looks at two things: how ambiguous a decision is and how risky it could be.Some decisions are routine and low-risk, making them ideal for automation. Others may have serious consequences, requiring human oversight and intervention. And when decisions are both uncertain and high-risk, human leadership becomes even more important, with AI supporting the process rather than taking control. What I find particularly interesting is that the conversation shouldn’t just be about what AI can do, but also about what we should allow it to do. For me, the goal isn’t to choose between humans and AI. Its to understand how they can work together in the right way. And this is why frameworks like this matter: they help turn a complex technological debate into something we can actually understand and apply. What do you think? Where should we draw the line between AI automation and human judgement? 👇 Ricardo #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #Leadership #DigitalTransformation
