Link in the BIO Dear Colleagues I am thrilled to share that my video explaining the PMBOK Guide 7th Edition and The Standard for Project Management is now available on #YouTube. I first created this type of video in 1998 when I was studying for my PMP exam. Since then, I decided to publish this type of video to help professionals who work on projects understand the Guide and lose their fear or preconceived notions about its content or format. The viewers received the last version very well and it reached more than 1,2M views (English and Portuguese versions). Be mindful that the new version is quite different, so there is no "Process Flow" because the Guide is no longer based on the process. It is based on principles. The canvas will help you understand one of the most relevant standards adopted in project management globally: The PMBOK®️ Guide 7th Edition, published by PMI (Project Management Institute). It is vital to highlight once again that, as in previous versions, the canvas is FREE and NOT intended to be used for commercial purposes.
